Step one in becoming a contributor is to register as a user.

 

Once you register and confirm your registration send a message to the webmaster letting me know you want to be a contributor. make sure your contact details are up to date.

 

Once your status has been upgraded to contributor level you will be able to submit articles and weblinks.
